I had an incredible experience staying at the hotel. The rooms were exceptional, offering everything I could ask for, including a delightful balcony facing the harbor. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay in Chania. The location was breathtaking, right in the middle of the harbor surrounded by restaurants and shops, making it perfect for exploring the Venetian harbor. The dining experience was the best I had while touring Greece, offering a splendid variety of dishes. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a luxurious stay.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, even during the very hot weather, facing the harbor. Plenty of room, a great bed, and the best pillows made my stay fantastic. I loved the separate toilet room and the immaculate condition of the room. Remember to ask for a tub if that's important to you as some rooms have a jacuzzi tub. The only downside was that having a tub wasn't standard.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were incredibly beautifully designed with a minimalist aesthetic that reminded me of Frank Lloyd Wright's Waterfall. The modern clean and nice room had an ideal location overlooking the harbor and backing the charming old town streets.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were perfect, overlooking the harbor with a nice big window that I was fascinated by. They were very tastefully decorated, thoroughly serviced on a daily basis, and the outside porch area was the perfect place for an early morning cup of Nespresso. It was so comfortable and truly a delight. The service was wonderful - courteous, friendly, and very helpful, especially Sandy who went above and beyond. The location was winning at life, central and perfect for that morning Nespresso, with exceptional staff like Noni and Evangelia at the front desk. Dining was a culinary delight, ranging from traditional Greek to the best breakfast in all of Greece. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
